U.S. interest rates mostly flat in latest week

WASHINGTON, Feb 17 (Reuters) - The Federal Reserve on Monday announced average interest rates for the week ended Feb. 13, compared with the Feb. 6 week, as follows:

Federal funds rate.. 1.00 vs 1.01 3-month

Treasury bills............. 0.92 vs 0.92 3-mo

commercial paper, non fin'l... 1.01 vs 1.01 3-month

CDs......... 1.06 vs 1.06 3-month

Eurodollar.. 1.05 vs 1.05

US Govt long-term (25 yrs and more) 4.99 vs 5.04* *

Treasury no longer reports a 30-year constant maturity yield for its securities. Instead, it reports a long-term rate based on the unweighted average of bid yields for all Treasury fixed-coupon securities with remaining terms to maturity of at least 25 years.
