ECONOMIC INDICATORS:
Commerce Department releases December international trade, 8:30 a.m. (1330 GMT). Economists in a Reuters survey forecast a median $40.00 billion deficit compared with a $38.01 billion deficit in November.
The Labor Department releases import-export prices for January, 8:30 a.m. (1330 GMT). Economists in a Reuters survey forecast a median 0.4 percent rise in imports versus a 0.2 percent rise in December.
University of Michigan releases its preliminary February consumer sentiment index, 9:45 a.m. (1445 GMT). Economists in a Reuters survey expect a median reading of 103.3 compared with 103.8 in the final January report.
Economic Cycle Research Institute (ECRI) releases its weekly index of economic activity for the week ended Feb. 6, 10:30 a.m. (1530 GMT). In the prior week the index read 132.6.
