Yield declines on Treasury notes

WASHINGTON (AP) - Yields on three-year Treasury notes fell in Tuesday's auction to the lowest level in nine months.

The yield was 2.330 percent, down from 2.625 percent at the last auction on Nov. 10.

The notes will carry a coupon interest rate of 2 1 / 4 percent with each $10,000 in face value selling for $9,977.
